1. Should the Cabinet Heater be unplugged when it is -30°C or colder?
Our Engineering Department has advised that unplugging the unit in these conditions is unnecessary. The heater is designed to keep the temperature in small cabinets above freezing to keep electrical components from failing.

Our Cabinet Heater automatically turns on at +13°C with a 3°C variance.
3. What kind of heating element is used in the Cabinet Heater?
The Cabinet Heater utilizes an open element.
4. What are the operating settings of the Cabinet Heater?
The Cabinet Heater functions on the following settings;
Setting 1:
The heater will heat up to 24 +/- 3 C and then shut off – it will need to reach back down to 13 +/- 3 C before it comes back on again.
Setting 2:
The unit will run continuously.
